IMO GOVT says Imo CP is her appointee: The CP is a good Ambassador of the Governor- Chief Jasper

The chairman of the Imo state recovery team; Chief Jasper Ndubuaku while addressing newsmen in Owerri said he was inaugurated by the Imo state governor; Chief Emeka Ihedioha to recover government properties from the past officials of Imo state government. 

While he couldn't give any meaning answer to the question asked by one of the journalist as to whether frozen foods, Kitchen utensils, imported chairs staked in a container found at the All-in shop along Owerri which he and his boys broke into not minding the EFCC's inscription "KEEP OFF, THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER INVESTIGATION" at the gate were also Imo government's properties, Chief Jasper said he has right to break into any property in course of his assignment.

Chief Emeka Ihedioha

He said he is under the instruction of Governor Emeka Ihedioha and no other. He had this more to say, "Let me be frank with you gentlemen of the press, we are incharge of Imo state now and we are empowered to do what ever we like. 

As you know, even the Imo state commissioner of police; Mr. Rabiu Ladodo is now an appointee of the Imo state government, he is serving as a committee member of the Sanitation committee under Former Governor Ikedi Ohakim, see the Commissioner of police over there(Chief Jasper pointed at the commissioner of Police), as you can see he is wearing the "Ihedioha green revolution cap" as a true ambassador of the governor", Chief Jasper expressed.

Many journalist were disturbed by that description made by Chief Jasper, addressing the Imo state commissioner of Police as an appointee of the state government and an ambassador of tge governor. Though one thing that was shocking is the appearance of the Imo state commissioner of Police; Rabiu Ladodo today at the All-in shop along the Aba-Owerri road in Owerri this evening, with the "Ihedioha green revolution cap" on his head, well dressed in a ceremonious attire.

We will be going to Abuja to interview the inspector general of Police to know if a commissioner of police can be appointed into political office or committee by a state governor.
