JUNE 12 ! IYLN warn politicians not to plug Nigeria into another war:

Sets Agenda for Buhari 2nd Term.

The National Chairman of Intellectual Young Leaders Network IYLN, at Fajuyi Park in Ado Ekiti,

Present a Press release as follows,

First and foremost, l Congratulates President Mohammad Buhari for his victory from the polls and felicitate with him as the Nigeria President as we celebrate Nigeria 20th years democratic government in Nigeria.

I also congratulates all the newly elected political office holders across boards especially those who are under 55 years should see themselves as automatic members of IYLN.

I want to assure all the out gone governors who owed workers salaries and still engaged in last minutes huge cash withdrawal that will certainly label the incoming government as a bad government not to quickly return the money or be awaiting IYLN intervention and support for the new government to disgrace them.

I want to beg the federal government to implement 2019 budget without any diversion, so that Nigeria will not borrow again.

Therefore, the proper implementation of some bills and Acts against financial corruption is highly necessary for Mr President to make sure that it come to state e. g.

1. Proper Implementation of Act 21 of 2007 to have the Council Of Public Procurement in place that can over see the affairs of public procurement vide,

- A white paper that only the Chartered Institute Of Purchasing and Supply Management Of Nigeria (CIPSMN) is the only Nigeria Institute to trained and certified all would be professionals to handle government procurement not matter your academic background in Procurement field.

- To make sure that Bureau Of Public Procurement (BPP) is a watch dog (Due Process) for governments Procurement Practitioners and contractors and a training bureau because is not part of their statutory duties.

- COREN, NSE, QS, BT, Should be allow to have says on the best materials specification to achieve a standard contract, but not to procure neither engage in negotiate.

- ICAN, ANAN should be allow to handle Treasury Single Account (TSA) and Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information Systems (IPPIS) including the Banks Verification Numbers (BVN).

- Now that Nigeria government can save a minimum of 24.7 billion monthly, if the Mr President should refused to carry out the above, l doubt if Nigeria development can attract any serious foreign investors.

I want to plead with the Mr President to do everything possible to allocated more money in Education,Technology and woman development and get sport privatize to increase the level of employment opportunities in Agriculture, Science and Technology including Sport standards.

Is high time the income governors including National Assembly advice and support Nigeria government on production driving economy and shifts direction in 35% of from Tax driving economy otherwise, Nigeria may fall behind some African countries in economy standard before 2021 and if it happened we may not meet up in the next 20 years.

Am beginning the President to be sincere about the Security of life and Properties of the citizens in Nigeria,no doubt now that 70% of Nigeria believe in self defense including myself, because of the high level of insecurity every day is alarming and we have to save ourselves until government shows us the needed assistance on security.

I sincerely appreciated the SA to the President on media, Mr Femi Adesina for his intervention on the plans of IYLN to clamp down all the South Africa investments in Nigeria, until their government take a relatively action on xenophobia against Nigeria in South Africa, he pleaded that we should called SA on Diasporal HON Abike Dabiri, but, we agree not to and we gave him the assignment and we appreciate him. Though, we are 95% ready any time South Africa engaged in such a devilish act against Nigeria and investments in South Africa.

I want good people of this country to join me in prayer every day that Nigeria should not turn a battle field again, because not all that see the beginning of war sees the end and only , l said if and just only when Nigeria politician's can drop their various hiding agenda against each other which is against the nation's due to daily judicial lacunas and attempt to stop all perceives injustice by various tribes with the total support of the politicians, instead to just allow peace to rain through a round table agreement.

Hence for a lasting peace in the country , l plan to inaugurates IYLN National Committee On Nigeria's Stakeholders Reconciliation and Stable Peace. And IYLN National Projects and Activate Various committee.

I want to call on National Assembly to allow the spirit of sportsmanship for the interest of Nigeria, in their leadership election for the both red and green chambers.

I want this to serve as official order to all IYLN state coordinators and NEC members to please cooperate with the elected governments in your state and don't be use, except on a glaring issues against the mass and paupers.

Finally, I want to see a more peaceful and United Nigeria come 2020 if not Now.
