Nigerian Army personnel on Sunday evening invaded the office of Daily Trust newspaper in a reports received by VoiceAirMedia.

Eyewitness also suggests that the soldiers have shutdown the office.
Though no reason has been tagged for the actions of the military, but the paper has been consistently reporting series of attacks on the military by Boko Haram insurgents.

The recent reportage on the loss of Doron Baga and other towns may have drawn the intervention of top military hierarchy which may have resulted in today’s action.

The regional editor and a reporter who were at the office were reported arrested and taken to an undisclosed location.
