FG sues Former Secretary General of Federation Babachir, Oke

The Federal Government has filed charges against the former Secretary General of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, and the former Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, Oluwole Oke in a reports received on Wednesday by VoiceAirMedia.

Almost 10 charges bordering on allegations of fraud was levied against Lawal, while four charges of alleged fraud was levied against Oke and his wife, Mrs. Folashade.

Oke and his spouse will be arraigned before Justice Aneke of the Federal High Court in Lagos on Friday, February 1, 2019, while Babachir will be arraigned before Abuja High Court next week.

VoiceAirMedia gathered that the charges come more than 15 months after they were sanctioned by the President.
