I will be talking on Ascending the Ladder of Success Victoriously.
*Introduction*
It has often been said that if wishes were horses everyone (including beggars) will ride. But the truth which many people don't want to hear is that wishing is far different from horse
So if you're desired to ride on a horse, then you will have to get one for yourself, and then you will began to ride. This is hard saying yet it is plain truth.
Success is what every sensible human desires
Success, you need to know does not and will never answer to wishes.
It answer only to as many individuals that understand its secret, it's principles, determined, rugged and focused, and are ready to go for it.
Success doesn't come freely or can it be gifted nor inherited. No!
Success has a price tag attached to it
But many youth are not ready to observe it, they then look elsewhere that is dubious way to make the success by all cost.
We hardly true success and poisonous success too..
Success is the dream of many, but how many youth out there are ready to pay the price?

Yesterday has gone but today is still providing more opportunities to many youth who want to live I the land of tomorrow.
Success is not a say job, neither, it is in wishes nor in word; is all together focus, determination, practice and realistic.
One of the hardest things to do in life is to climb the Ladder of success to the top to become an achiever.
Who want to deceive you will tell you that is an easy task. But no! Success is never cheap.
The rungs of ladder that rest on the mountain of success and excellence are hardship, the shame, the lack, the struggle and the difficulties we must overcome day by day before we can become a successful one in Nigeria.
It is obvious Nigeria is experiencing crises in all her sector as a result of poor management and poor leadership.
Everything we see, here and do discourage us.
We are all crying wailing putting all the blame on government, where as we have forgotten we have a major role to play to make it in Nigeria or life.
Few months ago, our president was alleged for say *Nigeria youths are lazy*, where youths reacted in annoyance that we are not lazy. But I can say emphatically we are mentally lazy.
We are sluggish, playful, negligent, slothful and indolent we see everything as hardship. We are not ready to persevere, we cannot endure hardship.
As a result of our laziness we find ladder of success too rough to climb
Youths are pleasure seeking, we are always ease, we never want to work and this make it hard to ascend.
Success ladder can only be ascend by a diligence youth who have the stamina to press on regardless of the economy situation of our dear country. On the journey to make a way out of penury and poverty if we lack the strength we cannot scale through the rungs and every hurdle live we bring our way.

Success ladder is always available for all who can climb but few of us , however who are strong enough to withstand the storm, diligent and determined climb to the top.
Many people often start the journey of success but few endure it's rigour to the end.
There is no crown without the cross. As you desire to succeed and pursue your goal, you must persist come rain come sun.
Our daily preoccupation tells whether we are among success aspirant or not. What you spend your precious time to pursue during your youth age will determine what to reckon with when you grow old.
If success is your goal and climbing it's ladder to the top is your target, focus your attention on purposeful things
You have no time to waste. Make sure study and obey secret of success and aim at excellent in life.
Look away from the present pain and hardship experiencing in Nigeria but focus your attention on the top and joy of achievement that will soon over whelm the problems encountered on the way.

Difficulties are sure prize to pay on the road of success. The challenges on the success path are not meant to mar you but to make you an achiever when you overcome them.
You are bound to attempt tough tasks, past test and overcome trial that come your ways as you strive for success in life.
The little extra commitment cab change the mode of struggle from common to uncommon approach in success pursuit, when success get tough, and rugged.
Your tomorrow, to great extent depends on today. Seven says trial can become tomorrow breakthrough if you're determined enough to face the challenging situation.
You can turn today's challenges to tomorrow celebration as a champion by making today's struggle your tomorrow step success.
just hit your hand on your chest and say, *I must climb this ladder of success and nothing can stop me*, say it again, louder and louder again.
Remember *the suffering of this present time are not worthy to be compare with the glory which shall be revealed in us*

*what you will become in life depends on what you do with golden opportunity, that you have as an energetic youth, therefore your life is I your hand*
Most of the time I heard Youth saying, *after all, we are still young. Even if we don't succeed now or later, we still have the whole life time to live*.
They have forgot that in the land of success, no one is too young to succeed. The difference between successful and unsuccessful youth is how they utilize their time.
*the best time is now*
The kind of person you will be tomorrow depends on how you spend time today. The best time to prepare for tomorrow is by utilizing the best of today.
A wise youth will say, *I will work today because this might be the only opportunity I have*. While *a foolish one will say tomorrow is another day*
Finally, don't waste your time doing things that do not add value to your life.
Don't waste your time doing unproductive things. Time is money, don't ever play it wrong. We don't grow big to mange time, we manage time to grow big. If you must achieve anything in life, start now that your are youth.
Know this also, you just discover yourself and purpose in life, because *purpose discovery is an highway to success*.
